Male Intimate Love Making Problems & Aging
Topic: Aging
Researchers have found that many of the performance problems for older males can be "attributed to illnesses related to aging". The medical conditions of the elderly that can inhibit performance ability include heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and various other things. In addition, older men may have performance difficulties because "as you age, the pelvic muscles that control orgasm become softer, and secretions from your testes and prostate diminish". Although impotence can occur at any age, it is much more common among older males than it is among younger males. In this regard, studies have shown that approximately 8 percent of men experience impotence at the age of fifty-five; this figure increases to 55 percent by the age of seventy-five, and 75 percent by the age of eighty.

Many men experience a decreased ability to get it up as they become older. In addition, some researchers have argued that middle-aged men go through a period of "male menopause." Although this experience is less intense than the experience of menopause in women, it nonetheless results in a decline in testosterone production, a decline in fertility, and a decrease in performance ability. It is also important to note that a decline in sexual desire and ability may be related to the ingrained expectations and attitudes of society. Because of the influence of societal beliefs, "men commonly have the false impression that it is inevitable to lose performance capacity with age".

Thus, there is evidence to support the view that older men often experience a decline in performance. However, it is incorrect to assume that this is a problem that confronts all men, or that it is a problem that cannot be dealt with. In an extensive survey that involved more than 800 elderly men and women, Bernard Starr and Marcela Weiner found strong evidence "that not only are older people indeed interested in sex, they also think about it, desire it, and engage in it when they can". In regard to older men, specifically, although many researchers have found "progressive declines in male sexual interest, activity, and performance with age," others have found that the majority of men (as many as 80-90 percent) continue to retain sexual interest and engage in sexual activity in one form or another "well into the 70s or beyond". Impotence drugs may be helpful in enabling older men to remain sexual active.

Herbal products are available without a prescription, making them discreet if you wish to keep the problem a secret for a time to see if you can resolve it yourself. Look into VigRX, a world leader in herbal sexual improvement. Other products that work for similar sexual problems include Semenax, and Katana. Look into these if you have concern about privacy or desire to avoid the side effects that accompany the heavier pharmaceuticals.

More importantly, men need to "adapt their expectations" as they grow older, and to thereby maintain a healthy attitude toward the natural processes of aging and performance in old age.

Aging Is A Natural Process

aging couple
Aging is a natural process that everyone is subjected to. As a matter of fact, the aging process started kicking in the moment we were born. However, its unsightly effects are only felt when we start hitting middle age. Despite this, knowing what triggers the unwanted effects of aging and being aware of the right products can actually help you easily slow down or give the illusion that you have halted the aging process before its effects actually get on your nerves.

Many people are getting more and more afraid of facing the signs of aging. There is definitely no one in the world who would love seeing visible lines on their face or damaged skin complexions. Unfortunately, age sneaks up like a thief in the night. You might not like it nor appear to be combating it lightly but inevitably, you grow a year older after every three hundred sixty-five days.

As years add up to your age, they come with changes that take the youth in you. The function of the cells and organisms in your body shift, creating visible changes that sometimes come rapidly. The aging process may be different with each individual because there are many factors that contribute to it, but the bottom line is, everyone will surely get to it at one point of their lives or another.

Bodily Changes

Some of the bodily changes that you will experience include a significant difference in your weight and height. Weight increase is one of the major concerns that aging people wish to find a solution to. Reduced physical activity due to the weakness of the bones and muscles will definitely take its toll on your weight. Your height, on the other hand, naturally decreases as you get older. This is a result of a handful of factors like changes in posture and in the growth process of your spinal bones. Aside from these, your skin is also a fool proof sign that you are getting older. It becomes rough, loose, and dry. Women get more concerned about the skin changes than men because they tend to experience them faster. With the many hormonal changes women go through starting at the onset of puberty, pregnancy and menopause included, their skin rapidly becomes more vulnerable to age.

Mental Abilities

Your mental abilities may also become limiting as you grow older. Learning would be a lot more of hard work than, say, when you were on your twenties. Memory loss is also one of the more popular effects of aging. Older people are oftentimes forgetful because their brain process information slower than usual. Your mental fitness would also contribute to the many emotional combats that you will face. Anxiety and depression is very common among the older population because of the physical and mental limitations that they come across with.

Sexual Performance

Sexual performance is also greatly affected by aging. You may either lose the appetite or the ability to do it altogether.

Human Growth Hormones (HGH)

Some say maintaining a constant supply of the magical Human Growth Hormones (HGH) is like enjoying a youthful life forever. HGH production peaks in adolescence and slowly decreases after you reach your twenties. The decrease is more significant as you grow older, which explains the overall difference that you experience if you are beyond your fifties. Low levels of HGH in your body system is the main reason behind the visibility of the signs of aging.

Proper HGH Levels

Among the many things that can be benefited from the aid of proper HGH levels are healthy skin, a more functional immune system, decreased body fat, increased muscle mass, increased bone density, low cholesterol, and high energy levels among others. The older population may submit themselves to an HGH Replacement Therapy to continuously enjoy the limitless possibilities of being young and healthy.

There are of course, things that you can do to enjoy the youthfulness of being young without having to go through pricey medications and therapies.

Maintain A Healthy Lifestyle

One is to maintain a healthy lifestyle, meaning, continuously participating in physical activities. Regular exercise is a good solution that will slow the aging process down without having to shell out bucks. A good exercise program that you follow regularly is the best answer to combat weight gain, muscle loss, bone density decline, or even any form of heart and cholesterol-related diseases for that matter.

Eating Healthy

Eating healthy is another trigger that could make you look and feel young longer. The right choices of foods and taking in the right amounts of them would create a great impact on your body's vitality. Do away with less fat, less salt, less sugar, and more greens, so your body could enjoy the most benefits from eating rather than suffering from the ugly consequences of not eating right.

Avoiding Harmful Vices

Avoiding harmful vices like smoking and alcohol drinking can do loads to you more than you can imagine. Smoking is detrimental to the whole body. It triggers premature death but will not let you go looking young as well. The major components of cigarettes have harmful effects that are especially reflected on your complexion. Dry and rough skin can be caused by the poor circulation and low oxygen levels in your blood, which are generated through puffing airs of smokes. Alcohol, on the other hand, depletes your body of the vitamins and minerals it needed to be functional. It also causes dehydration. Keeping a stress-free and happy life most of the time would surely make you feel better about a lot of things and in the process, would make you age gracefully. Stress affects your body and your well-being greatly so make sure that you manage all the aspects of your life well including your career and your personal and social relationships with people.

Admittedly, the fast-paced era held back people to keep a healthy, balanced, and stress-free life only realizing later on that they should have done so. But by that time, you may well be reaching old age and would find it difficult to repair the damages that your old habits created. The good news is, there is a tried and tested way to help counteract the symptoms of aging in a no sweat fashion. HGH supplements helps supply your body's needed HGH to maintain its youthful glow. It tackles all the ugly nightmares that most people worry about getting older.

What Are Your Risks of Obesity?
Topic: Obesity

Risks of Obesity

Scientific studies clearly indicate that obesity is linked to increased sickness and death rates. Hypertension, elevated levels of cholesterol, heart disease, stroke, certain cancers, gall bladder disease, back pain, arthritis, abnormal pulmonary function and sleep apnea are physical problems intensified by obesity. In the United Sates alone obesity is implicated in 300,000 deaths annually, representing the second leading cause of premature death behind smoking. Obesity is a global epidemic effecting about 20 to 25% of American adults and 15 to 20% of Europeans. The health risks of being overweight may be prevented by achieving and maintaining proper body weight.

What is ideal body weight?
The most common measurement of obesity is based on the use of the Body Mass Index (BMI) scale. The BMI is the ratio of weight over height squared. The American Institute for Cancer Research's guidelines require a person to maintain a BMI of between 18.5 and 25. This is considered to be within ideal body weight range. A BMI between 25 to 27 presents a potential health risk and a BMI above 30 is considered to be a significant health risk.

How To Make Your Wife Feel Passion Again

Women need romance to feel passion. And if your wife works, plus takes care of the house and kids by herself, she is probably waaay too tired to feel like doing anything except sleeping in the bedroom.

Turn On The Romance

Try treating her the way you did when you were first trying to get into her grace...as if she is the only woman in the world and you would pull the moon from the sky and serve it to her on a platter, just to see her smile. Make her the center of your world again.

Romantic Weekend

Arrange a romantic weekend away from home (even if you have to 'kidnap' her by telling her that you are just going out to eat, then have a bag packed and hidden in the trunk, and take her to a restaurant in a hotel...where you have reservations for the honeymoon suite). Meanwhile, have a cleaning service (or a really good friend) come in and clean the home while you are gone. Not only will she be feeling all warm and fuzzy from the romantic weekend, but when she comes home and doesn't have a ton of housework facing her, she will feel like dancing on clouds with you again.

Keep Her Feeling Special

Once you have gotten her this far, you will need to keep it up if you want to keep her feeling frisky....otherwise you risk having the whole thing blow up in your face, with her feeling used. Remember, the more loving you get, the more you want, so if you are willing to spend a little time making her feel special, her libido should catch up to yours....provided you don't forget to keep the emotional intimacy primary and the making love intimacy secondary.

Emotional Intimacy And Communication

Relationships, especially marriage, require an effort to keep them fresh and exciting. And as we mature, sometimes it gets harder to create the excitement...especially at certain stages where hormones start doing weird things. But, if you keep the emotional intimacy alive and the lines of communication open, the world is your oyster, and she is your pearl.
